Gordon Ramsay designed the set for his new cookware line in collaboration with Royal Doulton. The notorious chef imparted some of his iron-fisted tenacity into the set's design for durability and efficiency. All pots and pans in the cookware set feature a tri-layer construction. A brushed 18/10 stainless-steel exterior, the first layer, combats dents, rust, and corrosion over the years. Beneath the exterior layer, an aluminum core assists in heat conduction and even distribution. The interior layer employs nonporous 18/10 stainless steel to prevent residual stains and odors.
